San Diego crushes Jacksonville, 38-13

The San Diego Chargers bounced back from Monday night’s defeat with a 38-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Quarterback Phillip Rivers threw for 334 yards and three touchdowns to go along with two interceptions. Running back Mike Tolbert finished with close to 100 yards rushing and two touchdowns as his replacement.

Chargers knocked off by Chiefs, 21-14

The San Diego Chargers couldn’t overcome weather and the crowd in a 21-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Much of the game was played during a steady and, at times, heavy rain whipped around by the wind.

It didn’t seem to bother Chiefs or their fans, who showed why Arrowhead Stadium is such a tough place for visitors.

San Diego jumped out to an early 7-0 lead and seemed set to take complete control of the game. (Read More…)
